Long story short Apple said I needed to contact the developer which has been a terrible process and waste of my time. I chatted with the coin stats “online chat” which was slow to respond but said I needed to request the refund vis Apple. I followed the instructions and on my Apple ID (I went through Apple support) there was no where to cancel either. Except there was no where for me to cancel on the app. After trying the app for one day I knew it didn’t support what I needed and tried canceling.
